Sky talk pay as you talk

I was moved onto sky pay as you talk a couple of months ago as the sales adviser said it would be better value for me. I had made a few short calls this month and been charged £19! This is definitely not better value! I want to move back onto a fixed contact but I can't find anyway to do it online and I can't get through to speak to anyone at sky as the wait times state at least 40 minutes which would cost me approx £11! Does anyone know how I can sort this? Thanks

You'll need to persevere with calling, I'm afraid. Lines are usually quieter when they open at 7.00am or after 9.00pm. Landline calls to Sky are free with Sky Talk.

It's undoubtedly 'better value' as long as no outgoing calls are made...
