I've had sky talk & broadband just under a year now , it's a small business but we get about 100 calls in a working week . I have sky talk anytime & voIP rental . Thursday I was unable to make out going calls and call forwarding would not work either , I can receive calls at least . I have contacted the helpline 3 times since Thursday all said they are waiting to hear back from their manager and that they haven't hear of that issue before especially since I'm ahead of my payments . Today I called again since I hadn't received a call back to be told he had contacted a manager to which they said he should read over a 20 page document to which he said he would get a manager to call back . Can anyone offer help if you have had this issue ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNothing to do with the actual issue you have but remember Sky Broadband and Sky Talk are domestic services and aren't designed for businesses no matter how small.

Thanks for that , first time I've had an issue with it so I'll flag that with them if I get a call back .
