Hi,
We have no landline access to our house, the broadband is working fine but no access to the landlie, the telephone reports cable error, I have changed various phones, cables etc via the microfilter and directly into the socket but the fault remains, I would like to get this issue fixed as soon as possible please as this is my main contact point.

The same thing has just happened to me after upgrading my broadband package from an older one to the sky essentials broadband. I have a good internet connection but no landline.
any ideas plaese?
I have an engineer coming out but am sure its from changing my package?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@OwenFranz does your Sky broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light and is it lit? If so, is your phone plugged into the Hub? It won't work in the wall socket.
