My phone and wifi has been down all morning when will this issue be sorted and don't know how long it's been as I'm waiting on hospital calling for my operation. Thanks.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair.

@Alexof67 it's unlikely to be fixed until you report it to Sky. First try the connection test mentioned previously, as, if it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. 

 

If not, you'll need to speak to Sky. If you wish we can ask the Messaging team to contact you via the forum so that you can do that. But first, let us know the result of the connection test.

thanks for that but I got txt saying they was a fault and were working on fixing it and it's working OK now. Cheers.
