My landline is not working 

no dial tone at all 

been like this since yesterday after the thunder ?

After speaking with jackie+smout we accessed the account and ran a line test which detected an external fault on the line and we have arranged for an Openreach engineer to resolve this shortly.

It was a pleasure speaking with you jackie+smout and thanks again.
