Landline not working (again!)

Hi,

 

It's two days since we could make or receive calls on our landline. Our contract renewed in August. Nothing ever changes with the setup in our home, yet at least once a year we get this problem, and it always turns out to be an external fault, usually with Openreach called to our local green box, or some other 'fix' applied remotely.

 

Please could some lovely forum user with the 'right' access escalate this for me so that I can pass over my details? Normally I contact the Accessibility team to get problems sorted, but it takes them over a week to respond and we need our line open for incoming calls. The website says that the Messaging service is not available at the moment, either, and the chat bot failed miserably, referring me here.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
