LANDLINE NOT WORKING

INSTALLED NEW PHONE, NOT WORKING CHECKED INSULATION OK, NO RINGTONE CANT MAKE OR RECIEVE CALLS. CAN ANYONE HELP.

If your broadband router has a voice light on it that is lit up then you need to plu the connection into the back of it.
