I haven't been given my landline number since switching to broadband

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more1. Sky send you an email confirming the number
2. It should be shown in the Broadband section of your online Sky account
3. Check the Sky app
4. Dial 17070 from your landline when the service has been activated
5. Call your mobile
6. If all else fails, give Sky a call and they'll tell you.
