We are receiving incoming calls but in the last 48hrs can't make outgoing calls - I'm getting a message telling me that BT have disconnected us for an unpaid bill - when we are fully paid up with Sky and not BT (although a BT Open Reach line) - recorded message wants to take you throught to a payment line.
Scam? How can I solve it?

All lines are owned by Openreach but there are (or were) a small number of legacy lines where a customer paid BT for line rental and Sky for call/broadband packages. I think you'll have to call Sky to try to establish what's going on.
