I'm wanting to divert calls to my mobile but when I do the instructions I then get not available on this line. Ideas please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like your line is one of the few which are outside of Sky's own voice and broadband network and leased to Sky for your use. Some of Sky's calling features aren't available on lines beyond their own network, unfortunately.
It's just possible perhaps that you're getting that message because you haven't activated,the Call Divert service . That requires a call to Sky before you can turn the service on or off. I'd give Sky a call.
