Hi
i switched from BT to sky talk in December and the landline hasn't worked since. I also upgraded to sky fibre at the same time. The broadband works fine.
all I get is a please check phone cord message. I've done all the usual checks.
has anyone got any suggestions?

Hi their is a voice light on the router but it's not lit. I've tried plugging the phone into the router but get the same msg

All tests came back ok.(green tick)
But did see a slow Wi-Fi message
