New fibre installed a couple of days ago. Got new Sky Broadand and Sky Talk.
Phone can make outgoing calls and also have received a call from someone on their landline, but when someone rings our landline from their mobile phone, the phone doesn't ring in our house. Several people have tried.
Feels like something has not been fully activated on the new Sky Talk.
Have read the FAQs. Have checked the cables all plugged in correctly. Have also re-booted the modem/router. Still no joy.
Any thoughts?
