Can receive calls but not make calls

Help! I am pretty sure I haven't touched any of the cables yet something has happened over the past week and our phone can and does still receive calls but you cannot dial out.

 

If you try to make a call - you get a dialling tone, you can then enter a phone number and it appears to try to connect but then just reverts back to the dialling tone.

 

On receiving them it is hit and miss if whoever is callign can hear you but you can always hear them.

 

I have tried a different phone but same problem.

 

Any advice on the problem and how to resolve please?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
