Upgraded our internet package and set up sky talk internet calls , but since then we have not been able to make or receive phone calls. I've followed all the online steps , I've checked the status of everything we have broadband but the phone won't work , the Talk light on the hub is not on. Everything else is green. I've disconnected everything and reconnected and nothing.

I have already tried all of that, I have turned everything off and back on , I've tried resetting and still no phone , my Broadband and Tv are working fine. Just the phone . I have also tried a different phone and still nothing .

I am having the same problem now for 4 weeks with my landline not sure what to do next x
