Call forwarding in Ireland, from landline to mobile? Service always worked with Virgin, but not Sky.

Basic question. How do I set up call forwarding in Ireland?? Instructions on Sky sites does not work. Worked perfectly well with Virgin.

Did you call Sky first to activate it? It's a paid-for service so a call to Sky is needed.
