Hi all.

I am struggling to find out if I can call mobiles from my landline as part of my package, can any advise where I can find this on here? I have the Sky Broadband Essentials package.

@Wenners1989 What Sky Talk package do you have?

Depending on which Talk pack you have will determin call costs to mobiles & times they cover https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-talk-tariff-guide

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm guessing you have the Pay as you Talk (PAYT) package by default unless you have a monthly subscription to a call package. There are no inclusive calls with the PAYT package - all calls are charged,
