Auto compensation

Hello, I am writing to you asking about auto compensation... My broband was supposed to be connected on December 15, but unfortunately it was delayed until January 8. We really wanted to connect Broband before Christmas, as a gift for my son who needs to connect to the Internet. Unfortunately, the waiting period has become much longer and I wanted to find out about the compensation we are entitled to for this waiting time.

@Anna49  I'm afraid youi're not writimng to SKy Customer services, this is primarily a customer helps customer forum.
