Tried all the steps to reset it with no luck so far, was working well last night. Any ideas? Should I order a box from Amazon if broken properly or go for sky q? Thanks

Flashng red light usually indicates a hardware fault, only you can decide if Sky Q is right for you

Look for DRX895 model of Sky+HD boxes for replacement, you could also go for the DRX890 (smaller HDD)
