Sky+ turnng my TV off and on and off and on...

When using Sky+, my TV is turning on and off (and on and off...) as soon as it starts to pick up the channel. When the box is turned off the TV works fine. I have tried turning the power off and on and also taking the cables off and on. This works for a couple of minutes but then the problem returns. Any ideas other than the box is old and needs replacing? Many thanks.

Try turning OFF HDMI Control in your Sky boxes settings
