Sky box wont work

After some bad weather my sky box isn't getting a signal which is the norm. Now the weather has been ok the past few days but still says it's still not getting signal. I live in a building with a communal aerial and unplugged it several times and checked all wires and stuff

I'm assuming that's 'no satellite signal which indicates a problem with your communal dish. Report it to your landlord or their building management team.
