Sky box/dish not working

My sky box/satellite is not working. My husband used to work for some but unable to resolve the problem. We have tried to call to book an engineer but keep getting g cut off. Please arrange to book an engineer

Your options now are either arrange a local satellite engineer to come to check your box or upgrade to Sky Q whereby the dish (if that is the issue here) will be fixed by Sky. You won't be able to book a Sky engineer. 

If you have insurance through Sky Protect (run by Domestic and General) you should be able to arrange an engineer through them.

@Christydandy26 in what way is it not working? Any error message?

 

As indicated by @Daniel0210 you won't be able to book an engineer directly with Sky.
