My sky box/satellite is not working. My husband used to work for some but unable to resolve the problem. We have tried to call to book an engineer but keep getting g cut off. Please arrange to book an engineer

If you have insurance through Sky Protect (run by Domestic and General) you should be able to arrange an engineer through them.

As indicated by @Daniel0210 you won't be able to book an engineer directly with Sky.
