Hi everyone. I've had sky q but they didn't change the LNB satellite as pre sky q box I had the old sky hd box, I actually had to buy another sky hd box as I threw mine out, but it keeps saying no signal, any ideas to how to get the free view channels back on without it saying no signal?

The LNB must have been changed to facilitate Q box use, and chances are it was a Q-only LNB which was put in place.

Sky Q uses a Wideband LNB, Sky+ does not use wideband LNBs so it would be impossible for Sky Q to be installed on a Sky+ LNB and work!!

So a universal lnb is required?
