Programs with keep. Will they be deleted when recording full??

My 87yr old mother is worried as her sky recordings are full. She realises that older recordings will automatically start to be deleted.... but will the ones that she has put keep on also be deleted? Or will they be kept?? I'm sorrry but I don't know which sky system she has...Many Thanks.

The onlty programmes marked with KEEP that get deleted are those with expiry dates in the synopsis

Thats what KEEP is for, keeping programmes that don't expire from the housekeeping clean up 🙂

Be aware that the box is not intended for archiving programmes and the harddisk WILL eventually die and ALL recordings will be lost
