Unless you already have Sky protect insurace then Sky no longer send engineers out for Sky+ and earlier systems

If you have an issue with your sky+ / HD system and you call Sky they won't send an engineer (if one is required). They will advise you to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass or Stream which they continue to support. Sky withdrew support for your system a few months ago. 

If you post on here what the issue is someone can perhaps offer some help.
