My sky channels are not working

In what way are they not working? No picture? Error message? Free,channels like BBC1 ok? If you can give us some details we'll try to help.

Free channels work but all subscription services nes are non responsive

What happens when you try to go to Channel 107, does nothing happen or do you see an onscreen message ?
