Lost my recordings in my planner and now recordings have failed .I switched tv and box of for 4 week

I have lost my recordings in planner and now recordings have failed  I switched both box and tv  off for 4 weeks as  have been away on holiday.  Can this be the problem.

Try a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.
