Discussion topic: Input 1 lock indicator - Not locked. Input 2 is fine. I have almost no channels.

Input 1 lock indicator - Not locked. Input 2 is fine. I have almost no channels.

No external signal issues. Dish isnt blocked. From the settings - signal, Input 1 - NOT LOCKED. Network ID - NULL. Input 2 is OK.

You need either Sky or a 3rd party installer to take a look and find the fault

@NY1 To begin with, and if you're able, you could carefully swap over the two dish input cables at the back of your box (switch the box off at the plug first). Then see if the problem is either fixed (one of the cables might have been loose) or the problem has moved to Input 2.
