Can’t watch live to always cuts out and goes to a blue screen very disappointed

Blue screen never lets me watch a full programme always asking for pass code just a all round bad experience. I want some help

Not much detail there that we can help you with.

 

Blue screen is generally caused by an interruption in the signal between your Sky+ box and your TV. You could try replacing the cable.

 

I assume you've turned off the PIN requirement in your Sky box settings. A PIN is still needed  under some circumstances as required by OFCOM's mandatory daytime protection regulations.

 

The 'all round bad expereience' is too vague for us to be able to comment.
