Can’t connect my Sky+ box to Virgin wifi

This has been connected previously, been a few weeks probably. 

I have an old Sky+ HD box with a mini wireless connector. TV channels are working fine, I just can't link to Virgin Media WiFi now. All other devices in house are connected to WiFi. 

have switched off, pressed WPS buttons etc but nothing has changed. 

In settings it is now not even giving me the option of checking network. There is no change on the screen when it was coming up with the options of connecting WPS/with password etc.

The Mini connector may have failed. But first try this:

1. Turn your Sky box off at the plug and disconnect the Mini connector

2. Restart your Virgin Hub by turning it off at the plug for 30 seconds

3. Wait 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box

4. After it has fully restarted, reconnect the Mini connector and see if it connects

Try an Ethernet cable to the router
