BT sport 2 and 4 and Viaplay 2

Hi,

BT sport 2, BT sport 4 and Viaplay 2 (channels 414, 419, 421) have just started to show "Mini TV Unavailbe No Satallite Signal" and the "Your SKY+HD box isn't getting a satallite signal" message. All other sports channels are working fine. I can see the channels on the listings and the programmes, can still select the reminder or record function. But am unable to view the channel live or the recorded programme says failed. Other BT sport and Viaplay are fine. Any ideas would be appericated?

Your best option is to book an engineer. It looks like you have a problem with your dish setup - probably a slight misalignment.
