Ive been charged for 2 movies - the same movies but one of the orgial and th eother was bonus. I have only purchsed the bonus one have been charged with both ont he same day.
How can i get a refund for the seocnd charge?

As you have discovered he system would charge you for what it sees as two separate purchases - so yes it would be a good idea to get on to Sky (live chat opens in 10 minutes at 11am which is usually a good way to do this.
If you see my reply now - logon to live chat a minute or two early and get in the queue for opening
