I try to order of sky store but it say my purchasing limit is full

It sounds like your Skystore account either needs setting up by the Skystore team - or that you need to agree a purchase limit with them.
we see this a lot on the forum - it's not that you have done anything wrong - is just the way the system works.
their livechat is open until 7.30pm today and then from 11.00am on Monday
