Rented movie

I rented the film Megan and it won't play. Why is this please?

Can you say a bit more about the circumstances?

 

when did you rent it ? Did it download ok ?

 

what are you experiencing? Any error message ?

Yes it's downloaded ok but when I press play it says the content can not be played on this device.
