I keep going to purchase on the sky store and it keeps saying my account is not enabled for purchase

If anyone can help shed some light/help on how to fix my problem I'd be very helpful as the sky app and live chat didn't get me anywhere.

keep getting this message come up when I go to buy from sky store "this program can't be purchased at the moment as your account is not enabled for purchases" I've never had rbis issue before.

perhaps the livechat you had was with the general team? Because the problem you mention is very common within Skystore and can usually be quickly fixed with a livechat to their team.
