Did you purchase UHD without such capability?  (Or likewise HD)

I don't know if your circumstances are the same as others - but we are hearing a lot of similar reports on the forum today. 

As @PandJ2020 suggests, if you couid say a bit more about the circumstances we may (or may not 🙂) be able to help.
