Download from sky store has taken 50 mins and is still only 34% Why is this taking so long.

I'd mention also @bernimcd that if you are downloading a UHD movie that can easily be 25GB (5 or 6 times more than an HD movie)

Whichever though, @caesarome advice usually works.

The download speed is based on your broadband speed so if you do have a fast connection try pausing the download, wait a few minutes and then resume it to see if this speeds it up.
