Hiya tried to rent a film, it says I don't have enough credit although everything is all paid on time, phoned the helpline who just tried to sell me a different package with no answers!! Has anyone any advice please! Thanks in advance

Find out moreThe message is a little bit misleading as it doesn't mean you don't have enough credit as it usually means that the spending limit on your account has been reached or is set at £0 so you will need to contact Sky Store support about this as it is a very common issue so they will be able to fix it for you.
