Sky mini box won’t connect do Qbox despite having internet and Qbox saying it’s connected,?

We changed our broadband provider from sky and despite Qbox status saying miniboxes is connected and the minibox being connected to internet the minibox fails to work any suggestions please.

@Am8 if you have changed from Sky then if your mini box is connecting by wifi it will only conect to the main box so you might have to reboot the main box then the mini and when asked to press the WPS button goto the main box and press the WPS button on that 

 

If that doesn't work you may have to do a network reset
