Sky Q only device that cannot connect to internet

Help.

ive just changed from talk talk to Voneus fiber 250gb. However, my sky q box can connect to the router but cannot connect to the internet despite all of my other devices working ok

Try changing DNS on the Q to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1

I had this issue when changing to voneus.

i changed the DNS like you said to 1.1.1.1 and it worked! 
Thank you, we've been trying for days and had no luck with Sky.
