Recordings incorrectly showing as having been watched.

We have a number of recordings on our Sky Q main box which have the blue line showing they have been watched in part or in full when we haven't watched them. 
Anyone else had this and found a solution?

It will be because at some point during the recording you have gone onto that channel.

I am just another Sky customer!
