RECORDINGS ANS ON DEMAND NOT WORKING

Hi.

 

My WiFi is working fine and my live tv shows are. However EVERYTIME I click my recordings it says "please wait" and nothing downlands & when I go to on demand and load a box set it says.. "techinal error, please try again later" 

 

bill is paid up to date and never had this issue before but has now been 2 days! 

I have done a full box reset with no joy!

Hi @Beccjones1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

called sky as nothing else worked, had to do a full hard drive reset!
