I'm trying to use the optical connection on the back of my sky box but it appears to be broken. I have looked at images online of what the port should look like and mine is different. It looks like a piece is missing. Not sure what I can do as the port is unusable. Thanks

Thank you, I have been trying to contact Sky, but can't get past the virtual bot, is there an actual phone number to talk to a real person?
