Netflix on phone?

Hello there

 

Netflix is included in my sky package but I pay extra so I can use it on 2 devices.  It works fine on the tv when I go through the sky box, but I can't seem to get it to work on my phone and I don't know what login details I used to go onto the Netflix on the tv or whether it just worked straight away.

 

I don't want to pay for 2 devices if I can only watch it through the tv.

 

Id really appreciate your help

Hi @AbdSam open the Netflix app on your Sky Q box if you are already logged in you should see the profile screen with a name select the profile

At the home screen press the down button when you land  on notifications press the right arrow and select Get Help

At the next screen you will get a list of menus the first one being Member 

Showing Profile name and Account Email

If you can't remember your password you'll have to reset it 

For your mobile phone to access Netflix you need to Set your Netflix household 

Select Manage Netflix Household and read the information.

Open the Netflix app on your mobile device whilst connected to your home wifi
