Assume you are referring to your Satellite dish?
Looks like you need to contact Sky for an Engineer then @ClaireFullarton

Q does require a satellite signal to keep working, even if all it is used for is on-demand (internet) content.

You think the dish has fallen? Is this verifiable in any way? Is it difficult to see the install location, as that could be a problem with fixing it too. It may just have got misaligned perhaps?
