My sky q mini keeps loosing network connection

Sky q box is fine connection to sky q box is fine. I have a new internet provider and we have changed to a longer range Wi-Fi. If I put my phone next to sky q mini signal is great. Just sky q mini network connection drops out after a couple of minutes and picture freezes.
