My mini box is not working the remote control won't connect to it

My brother's multi box not working,and he doesn't talk in English.

You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services.

 

Your brother, or an authorised person on his account can call Sky to arrange an engineer but perhaps if you tell us what the issue is with the mini box we can advise and save a call.
