Lost internet on Tuesday it's now working but have no network connection so can only access TV and r

Lost internet connection on Tuesday it is now working but I have no network connection I can only access TV and recordings. Can't access apps, catch up, on demand etc.

@Minion1900 @Tanya3  Turn off your Sky Q at the power socket, restart your router, once router is back online - restart Sky Q
