I've just moved some furniture around and now my Q Box has no sound

The most likely explanation would be the TV is muted or volume has been decreased to 0.

Tried mute/unmute volume up high - still no sound though 🙁

also rebooted sky box (twice)

Are you using the TV remote instead of the Q remote?

Follow the advice on this Sky help page, it takes you through in steps for some checks to try and sort problems with loss of sound;

Have you tried rebooting your TV set not just the Q box?
