Mobile refund due to me

I cancelled my mobile phone accounts and it now shows a credit of £12.20. This has been there a few weeks. I assumed on my usual billing date this would be refunded to me . It is now almost two weeks past that date but no refund has been sent. 

how can I get the money owed to me back please ?

Refunds after subscription has ended can take up to six weeks from your last day of connection. If it's showing as a credit on the account we can perhaps get you some help via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know.

Refunds after subscription has ended can take up to six weeks from your last day of connection. If it's showing as a credit on the account we can perhaps get you some help via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi I have a problem with a credit from sky being available in my bank account

If you don't mind me asking why do you have a credit on your account as we need to know this as some credit can't be refunded like that is added to the account due to it being as part of a compensation.

No not compensation 

I added the funds in January as I thought I was paying account off it didn't 

instead it got added as credit to my account 

I called sky to pay off agreement but they mentioned only way of doing this is to credit me back then phone sky again to pay off tv agreement 

the credit was done 23rd February was quoted 5-7 days but funds have not been put into my bank account yet
