Cancel order

Hi,

I ordered an Apple Watch via sky mobile but accidentally selected the wrong wrist size. I called sky on 150 and asked them to cancel but they said they are unable to and to just refuse the delivery? Is this correct , I do not want to be paying for 2 watches?

Hi @Hollie1234  yes you can refuse delivery, just tell the DPD driver and he should return it to sky. You could take a photo/video just to keep in case it goes missing. Once it's returned then it will be removed from your account.

If the order has been processed then it may be too late to cancel.

 

You can either refuse delivery and it will be returned or accept it and arrange a return.  (The former is probably easier)
